International Volunteering_Tools and Methods for Oragnizations and Youth Workers
The handbook focus on managing brief and long term volunteering projects and on the formation, hospitality and entourage of the volunteers. The manual contain best practices and suggestions for all the volunteering project's cicle, informal educational tecniques and will focus on acquirable competencies through volontary work and how recognise them. This handbook is based on the contributions, methods and good practices that emerged during the training course for youth workers held from 16th to 21st April 2018 in Italy within the framework of the project EVAC - Empower Volunteering across the Continents, Erasmus +, KA2 – Capacity Building in the field of youth. This project has been funded with support from Erasmus+ Program of the European Commission.
