Through Simulations, the participants have the chance to experiment and gain further knowledge, develop skills by putting into practice the theoretical concepts learnt, verifying cause-effect relationships that relate Decisions to Results. During Simulation, the participants make some decisions and immediately evaluate the impact of their decisions on corporate management within a simulated market. By immersing themselves in this virtual reality (from which the definition IMMERSIVE LEARNING derives), the participants learn more quickly and are able to export the experience acquired through game to reality, developing new problem-solving skills.
